I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel San Max in Catania, and I must say it exceeded my already high expectations. The air conditioning was superb, providing a much-needed reprieve from the summer heat, while the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep despite the vibrant surroundings. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional friendliness and attentiveness of the staff; they not only offered helpful tips about the city but genuinely engaged in delightful conversations during breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the wide variety of options-including fresh baked goods and delightful local fruits-set us up perfectly for a day of exploring nearby attractions like Piazza del Duomo, all within walking distance. My experience was nothing short of extraordinary, and I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel San Max to anyone looking for an outstanding stay in Catania!
